TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Warranty: We offer 90 parts/labor warranty on replacement of part only. After 90 days it reverts to one year from date of purchase for part per manufacturer. If the part is no longer available our company will not be held responsible for refunds, but will strive to find a substitute quality equivalent. When possible only OEM parts will be installed per manufacturer guidelines.

 

Repairs: Once a part is installed and working the job is considered complete. As long as a repair can be made on the unit previous payment is non-refundable, with the exception of those with a home warranty contract. Home warranty customers will adhere to their policy agreement. Should a customer decline further repairs Rightway will terminate services immediately and all previous labor and parts costs will be considered settled, as they have been approved and signed off on by the customer. Rightway will always choose to continue to repair the appliance until all malfunctioning parts are repaired, and work to ensure that a fair and honest price is negotiated to satisfy any further parts costs or labor. However, Rightway will not be held liable should a customer choose to deny a repair. Our technicians are fully trained and have access to factory service instruction, manuals, tech sheets, and hold certification. At Rightway we believe in doing things the Rightway and hold ourselves and technicians to a higher standard. 

 

Returns/Recalls: Appliances may have more than one issue, or inoperable part that may not manifest itself on the first visit, furthermore, many times our technicians will solve the symptom of the issue, and subsequently return to find the cause of the issue. Rightway treats only same part replacements as recalls/returns.  Any return calls will only have the warranty applied if it is in regards to the same part or task performed. Labor is non-refundable as time spent on job is not replaced.

Pricing: Rightway believes in ensuring each customer is protected, and given the best service possible. We strive for excellence. This is why we spend capital on insurances, quality equipment and tools, uniforms, office supplies, marketing, advertising, and other basic business necessities. Because of these expenditures we do not offer free estimates or quotes. As of 8/1/2018 our standard service fee is $75. (which includes trip cost, diagnosis, scheduling, and charges by lead companies, or other marketing service Rightway utilizes) Should a customer refuse to pay the service fee this will be considered theft of services and legal action may be taken. In the event that the customer chooses to accept the quote, and repair, the service fee will be waived and only the repair (which includes parts, and labor) will be charged.

Chargeback: Should a customer choose to cancel payment the above terms and conditions will apply. Rightway strives to communicate with each customer, and ensure that each work order is fully completed. It is ILLEGAL to stop payment as this is considered theft of services and is prosecutable by law. Rightway will always strive to work with each customer, and negotiate possible refunds on a case by case basic per the guidelines hereinto referred.

Damages: Should damages occur that were completely caused by one of our technicians we will work toward resolving the issue individually. Rightway carries insurance to protect each customer's home, but will work to satisfy each incident as they arise.

Discretion: Rightway reserves the right to terminate any call, or further repair should one of our staff or technicians face harassment, belligerence, irrationality, or any other threatening, or demeaning behavior. We uphold a standard of integrity, and respect and expect our customers to do the same.

Upon signing the invoice the customer gives full consent and approval for any services rendered by Rightway, its partner affiliates, or technicians, and agrees to the terms and conditions displayed here.
